Beautiful Skin Begins With A Healthy Lifestyle

Beautiful skin equals healthy skin and healthy skin identifies a healthy person. Healthy skin benefits from outside and inside nourishment and care to optimize skin cell renewal.

Sun, smoking and alcohol consumption should be limited or non existent for the healthiest skin as these deteriorate the collagen matrix in the skin – the greater the exposure the greater the damage to cellular structure and limits the skin repair processes. This is IRREVERSIBLE damage that cannot restored. It can be halted and improved but never restored!
