Shipping

We ship in-stock items within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Due to increasing shipping costs, we are unable to offer FREE shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the customer preferred shipping method. Currently, we offer UPS and USPS at a discounted shipping rate.

Orders can be canceled providing you contact us before your order ships. Once the products have shipped, we can not cancel your order. In-stocks items ship within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). To cancel an order, please call us toll-free at 1-800-401-7837 or send us an email at contact@signatureskin.com. Please provide us with your last name and order number to better assist you.

Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

If a product you purchased from Signature Skin by Maloney MD arrives damaged or not what you expected, you may return the unopened product(s) within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price or a credit towards a future purchase. For a refund or credit, the product(s) must be returned unopened and unused. Sorry, but we can not accept, refund, or credit, any opened or used products. If you would like to return or exchange unopened product(s) for any reason, please email us at contact@signatureskin.com or call us toll-free at 1-800-401-8302 and we will take care of you.
